Why this work — and why me

For eight years, I've worked at the intersection of nutrition science, health communication, and wellness programming — in clinical research, public health, and corporate wellness. Before that, I was a content writer and editor.

That combination is uncommon. Most people who understand the regulatory landscape aren't skilled communicators. Most skilled communicators don't understand the science. I work in both directions — which means I can tell you not just what to change, but exactly how to rewrite it so it still lands.

No — and that distinction matters. I provide scientific content review and claim optimization based on evidence standards and general FTC guidance for health communication. For formal legal counsel, you'll want an attorney. What I offer is something different: the science-to-language translation that most legal teams aren't equipped to do. Both matter. They're not the same thing.

How long does the process take?

The Core Intensive runs approximately two weeks from kickoff to final deliverables. The Premium Intensive runs three to four weeks, depending on the scope of your content and product line.
